Very authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken and purple mashed. It was absolutely delicious . For drinks I had the Mango Habanero Margarita. Also very delicious, a bit spicy but the sweetness mellowed out the spiciness of the drink. For desert I had the Flan. Not too sweet, perfect texture and was perfectly cooked. The portions are small, even for the dinner plates. A bit on the pricier side, but the food is definitely worth it. The establishment is also very beautiful, they have a full bar downstairs and if you just want to meet up for after work drinks. I can't wait to be back post-covid.

My boyfriend and I love restaurant week because it gives us the opportunity to try new places. We decided to visit Pampano for lunch before heading to see a musical. I love all the natural light in the second floor dining area. The decor and color palette is simple but elegant. I had the "vuelve a la Vida" ceviche and my boyfriend tried the Panko crusted platanitos. Both were very tasty! We also tried the Peach Manhattan and the Margarita del Diablo Cocktails... again, delicious. For our entrees we ordered the Salmon and the Pollo Relleno At first sight, the portions looked small (even by Restaurant Week standards). That being said, the flavors were great and we were both satisfied with our selections. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I would definitely go back.

Pretty space. Lovely staff. Solid martini. Guacamole was solid. Tacos were very good. Had the special of whole fried branzino that was stuffed and served over a sweet and sour sauce that wouldn't have been out of place in a high end Thai restaurant. The kitchen was really slow, but our waiter comped us a round of drinks. The churros were good. Classy change of pace Mexican restaurant.

Had a friend make reservations here for lunch the other day, and although I hadn't heard of it I jumped on the chance to try a new place. And Mexican? Sold! Arrived early and sat in the cozy waiting area, before being led upstairs. The decor here is lovely, very simple and beautiful, palm trees etched in the walls and a very relaxing atmosphere. This place was pretty busy, but I feel like It pulls in a lot of lunch crowds for the upper east businesses, because there were a lot of suits filling the space. I almost felt underdressed. Ordered the guacamole, and then the shrimp tacos, and both were delicious. Very flavorful, the shrimp had a "bang bang" type coating that was outstanding! I didn't try and drinks, but their margarita list was definitely one I'd come back for, as well as the sangria! All in all I'd definitely recommend this place, (be prepared it is a BIT on the higher end in terms of pricing, we spent about $33 a person and no alcohol.) however, quite delicious so well worth it! I'd return!
